Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

You can get in touch with us at to begin a return. When your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to deliver your box as well as a return postage label from us. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

Issues and damages
Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right.

Items that are exempt or not returnable
Certain products, including perishable items (like food, flowers, or plants), bespoke products (such special orders or personalised items), and personal care items, cannot be returned (such as beauty products). Gases, volatile liquids, and hazardous goods are also not returnable to us. If you have inquiries or concerns about a particular item, do get in touch.

Unfortunately, discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.

Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
